[Resolved] Ebay.in — paisapay id: [protected] / claim id: 3333458 - received a defective product | |
I received a defective product (Mhl cable) from ebay india hence i raised a return request on the same day which i received through courier. But, ebay rejected the claim saying that this product has to be serviced in nearby service centre as it covers warranty. This product is covered under ebay guarantee in which case the defective product should be returned or replaced by them. The cable pin is tampered and it is not fitting in my mobile jack. Very loosely fitting. There is no such warranty card available with the product. It's not covered by warranty. I need replacement or refund for sure. Why ebay cheating their customers???
