[Resolved] Ebay.in — payment done but order not confirmed | |||
I paid rs. 199/- for my order in ebay.in from Freecharge on 01.04.2018. Rs. 50 debited from freecharge wallet & rs. 149 ftom debit card via freecharge. But after payment it shows transaction not successful but amount was debited & showing successful on freecharge. My oemrder is not confirmed. It has been 10 days passed & still refund was not received. Pathetic. Poor service. I contacted ebay customer care twice & always reply that it will be credited within 3- 5 days or 5- 7 days. Worst service I must say. From today onwards I will never ever buy anything from EBAY.IN, never ever. My ebay email id is disha.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
