[Resolved] Ebay.in — product dead on arrival, they made me courier it back to the seller and then said refund won't be done. | |
I ordered an mh-64battery charger for my nikon coolpix camera. Product was not working on arrival, so i filed a complaint immediately. After a week, they called me and instructed me to send the product with courier slip to the seller, which i did (Though its their responsibility to collect). Then after 3 days they called me, giving all the stupid arguments and finally said, refund is not possible. They are big cheaters, it cost me not only the product charges but also the extra courier charges. Was this information helpful? | |
