[Resolved] Ebay.in — product not delivered even after paying full amount

I have ordered for a tab in ebay.in and paid full amount on apr 9, 2018. The item was not yet delivered till now (April 25, 2018). I contacted seller, ebay and courier but all are not at all providing prompt response. Finally today they are telling that the item is lost during transit. Ebay or seller has to pay for this as i lost my peace for the past 10 days.

Updated by senthilcovai I have already visited http://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home and it is not allowing me raise complaint. I have put mail complaint to ebay customer care and also to [protected]@ebay.in but they are providing idiotic non-sense response. I want my money back immediately as it has already crossed 25 days.

Updated by senthilcovai No body contacted me from ebay and they are providing false responses in this site. I got response from ebay on 29 April that they are still investigating and they are not informing about processing the refund.
