[Resolved] Ebay.in — received damaged product and rejected for refund

I have purchased product from ebay but its received in damaged condition.

When i was called to ebay customer care they have not entertain me.

I requested them to i cannot accept damaged product, give me my money back. But they have rejected my requested.

Ebay collected money in advance and send damaged product to customers

Ask them to give refund. And collect their product.
