[Resolved] Ebay.in — refund for the item I did not receive | |
I had ordered one item in june 2017 that i did not receive at all. Till now (October 2017), i am struggling to get my refund. I had maid payment through credit card. Ebay customer service is pathetic. Everytime i contacted customer care, i received a respopnse that due to techical issues, the refund can not be processed. They asked me to provide my neft details, so that amount can be transffered to my account. I provided. Still, they have given me a coupen forcefully, that will expire in 3 months. I have made this point clear to customer service, that i don't want any coupen. I want my money. I don't know whom to contact now.
