[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Refund is not processed even after 2 months for the product which is not delivered

I have purchased “Pauxis 12 inch AC/DC Rechargeable Dual Mode Table Fan+ Emergency LED Light LAMP” for Rs 1919/- from ebay on 21-nov-16. i got a message from ebay on 24-Nov-2016 saying the item has been shipped with the estimated delivery date of 24 nov - 26 nov. on the same date i got another email from ebay saying “Your order was returned back to seller (PaisaPay ID [protected])”.

As per ebay policy for any returned product the refund should be initiated when the product is sent back to the seller. so i was waiting almost a month for the refund from ebay and set a message to seller via ebay on 20-dec-2016 for the non-receipt of the item, and i got reply from seller like this “Bluedart returned the shipment with out any proper reason.Your refund is already processed by eBay.”

I had chat with ebay customer care officer on 27-Dec-2016 (SR# 1-[protected]) for the update on the refund, he has given the below confirmation:

“08:55:09 UTC Rahul
Just rest be assure you will get the transaction details within 48 hours”

i waited till end of December & again I sent a mail to ebay care on 01-jan-2017 for the update and i got a reply from customer care on 2n-jan-2017 asking me to contact the seller directly on the below contact for asking him to send the product again:

I tried calling the seller many times but unlucky, the seller never picks the phone. So send another mail to both seller & ebay care team on 10-jan-2017 asking them to initiate the refund but i didn’t get any reply till now from both of them.

I am not able to Raise a Claim under “Ebay Guarantee” as it says “You cannot raise a claim, as this item could not get delivered and a refund will be initiated soon.”

so i called ebay care today (17-jan) for the refund request and i got a reply saying i have to wait for another 6-7 days for the refund to be approved.

i am really frustrated by the ebay customer care and i am really worried whether i will get my money or not from ebay.

NO SUPPORT FROM EBAY…. THEY DON’T SUPPORT CUSTOMER INDEED….

As i mentioned above i am already tired of going to the same page again and again and chatting or calling customer support team. I did the same for the past 2 months. so please re-send me the product or refund me my money.
