Ebay.in — refund not received

Dear Sir,
I ordered an item [Paurush Jeevan Capsules] amount Rs 570/-, on 5th of August 2018. I never received the product. I requested for refund on 17th of August 2018.
The refund requested on 17th Aug 2018 was processed on 21st Aug 2018. Today is 27th of Sept 2018. Its more than a month
(5th Aug 2018) I ordered the product. I have yet to receive the refund amount. Please help me get the refund. One and half months is too long and too frustrating. Please let me know when can I get the refund.
