[Resolved] Ebay.in — refund not received for 8 months | |||
I have ordered mobile of 20, 000 rs on ebay on 28 april 2017. But it was showing that it will take 1 month estimate for delivery, so we cancelled it after that we were waiting for refund, they have said that we will receive refund within 7 working days. But we have not received refund. They said me to send the bank statement i have send it to their e-mail. Till now we have not received refund. The company is fraud, and i spammed by them. They have said me to contact my bank as they have send money from there side by till now i have not receive. Was this information helpful? | |||
