Dear sir this is informing you my name is Arun kumar i purchased one iBall tablet model : cuddle A4 Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected] that product was faulty so this reason i am returned tablet on Feb -2017 they told within 15 days it will be refund but still date i am not get any claims from eBay company. since two months am continue calling to eBay customer care but they are not responding and they are telling wait for 15 days and after days i am called again they telling wait 15 day and also one of the supervisor his name is sunny he talking vary rudely they are giving punishment for customer they don't know customer problem whenever we are purchase a product they sending faulty product and they did not giving our claims and they theft my money. please we need justices i need my money kindly help us thanks & regards Arun kumar Was this information helpful? | |||||
