[Resolved] Ebay.in — regarding improper behavior of customer care service by ebay | |||||
I just wanted invoice of my Purchased product to repair my Earphone. So I contact ebay on 23rd of May. From that date I called Ebay for at least 13-15 times. Firstly they were saying that they will contact seller and provide me invoice but now today on 7th july they said ebay will not provide me any invoice and talked with me inappropriately. I talked with senior executive of ebay customer care and he behaved with me inappropriately. What was the point to keep me pointless for almost 1 and half months . If they wont want to provide invoice to me they must say that on 23rd May only. But they have just fooled me for such long days. Ebay Customer care you are the worst customer care service.
