[Resolved] Ebay.in — The product received was damaged

I got a damaged product on 6th october. Instantly after receiving it i have complained it. They told me to send photo some day after. I also provided the photo. Then they told m problem will be solved within 7 day. After 7 day when i call they told within 72 it will be solved. But till the problem is not solved. Today when i call they told that they can not do anything. I have to loose the money.
