Ebazar Ninja — Complaint for order id - 327543 | |||
Hi team, Its regarding my refund/ original mi product from ebazar ninza. I was received ordered power bank on 20-feb-2017 but as it was not original product so withing 24 hrs raised d complain for the same. Product that i was received not original one just within polythene and no user manual and no mi name on it. Customer care executives took my complain and arrange reverse pick up for this order and assure that i will get new product / refund for the same. Courier person picked up the parcel on 23-feb-2017 from me and on 1-mar-2017 its received to ebazar customer care team and i have pickup Receipt and invoice with me. But when today i done inquiry for refund/original product customer care peoples told that my replacement cancelled due to use of fevicol on power Bank and they will send same product. It seems they behave like fraud peoples and reason behind cancellation no one can believe. We are customers not power bank engineers to put fevicol on power bank. Never faced such issue in any other online shopping portal. Requesting all to understand and within so much short time span i can change the product.
