I have bought 2 nos. 10000 mah power bank of mi, which when received found to be fake mi products also were damaged and faulty so i complaint there. They didn't respond for very long and we're delaying everything and after my continuous calls they arranged the reverse pickup and said that they will deliver the new product within a week but it's been a month now and their website is offline and also no telephone no. Is working.

My order no. OID72485 it's a Solar power bank, it's not working from day 1 or delivery, I have written to them but no response, their customer care no. Doesn't work, let me know what do I do now???
