Ebazar Ninja — non delivery of my order for refund of my money...

My mail id is - [protected]@yahoo.co.in i have placed an order with ebazar ninja vide - order no. Oid392390 on jun 1, 2017 at 6:43:32pm by making payment of rs 429 for callmate soap power bank 5600 mah - 1 no. Whereas i have no information about despatch of the item ordered for nor the tracking details so far (July 23rd 6.26 pm) - even after 54 days despite my mail reminders...!!!
