Ebazar Ninja — *problem in refunding after returning the product

Hi, chandu here from bangalore, bought power bank from ebazar ninja website, got delivered, due to powerbank not working, returned them but no refund happened yet evern after 3 weeks time has gone after return.

Calling on helpdesk support number but no one picking and no reply for emails.
I paid cash on delivery and not sure how we get it back of 899/rupees.
