Dear Sir
On 09/02/2017, I bought 20800Mah Power bank from Ebazar Ninja Site . however when 20800Mah Power bank was received on 13/02/2017 I discovered that it was a Used Product some scratches on that product, unexpected product, power button also not working, Battery Backup Also worst, All over duplicate product. I Want to Refund of this Product and want sticked action On them.i was done complaint on them email id but not resolve my complaint just ticket close without any resolution.
