Dear sir/madam. I ordered below mentioned product from your web site. I received it today 30th may 2017 by cod. My complaint is that the product (Power bank) which i received has a faulty point for charging. The charger pin is not getting inserted into the charging point. Details of the product as follows: Order id - oid389432 → product - mi 20000 mah boom power bank → pod no. - ez[protected]in → logistic partner - india post I have got a fake mi power bank and i paid through cod. It's not working at the moment itself i received. I have tried to charge but no use!. Its charging portal is not suitable for any charger and also its usb portal is not suitable for it. I need the cash back and i have tried to contact your customer service many times, but no use. It was not reachable, and some times it was switched off, i tried to call your customer care nos. 91 [protected] several times which is always switched off. Other no.[protected] gives recorded message that all lines are busy. The above facts it is clear that e bazaar ninja is cheating the public. I would request to refund the amount. How to take action? Whom should i contact? How i will get my cash back? But on june 1, the company give a reply like this "this mail is with reference to your order #oid389432. As checked with team reverse pick up is already initiated from our end and same has already forwarded to concern team for pick up, courier person will be there at your place within 5-7 business days". But, now 10 days over. They didnt give any action. 5-7 business days over and also donot give any message by phone or reply. Any one cannot there for picking up the parcel...
