[Resolved]  Ebiz.com — ebiz money refund issue

I am unable to talk to the customer care about my money refund status as they said me u will receive your cheq after 3 months from the date of cancelation. last date is 27th July 2018 am suppose to get my refund by cheq bt I did not receive anything till now as I called several times to the customer care number bt they won't receive my call
Am sibananda padhi my tracking ID number is[protected]. And DID number is 61634543
