Ebiz.com — Ebiz package

I had bought ebiz package of rs 17000 in Feb 2018.
Within 1 month I cancelled that package.
I called customer care of ebiz many times .
And also sent email many times to ebiz for refund of money.
But I didn't get any reply till now.
I want my refund as my family condition is financially weak.
Pls check into this matter as soon as possible.
