[Resolved]  Ebiz — failed in-app purchase for pubg mobile

Purchased 600uc cash on pubg mobile on 29 january 2019 @ 1:10am.

Uc costs ₹799. The amount has been debited from my account. But the game shows purchase failed when redirected back to game from bank website.

Reference no. For transaction of rs. 799.0 from a/c ending 3645 to times of money limited on 29-jan-19 at 01:10 is igafhcush6.

Please resolve the issue.

I contacted Times of pay and Google Play Store support via email and phone. Times of pay told that the transaction was successfully transferred to Google Play. Google Play said that the transaction was received but purchase failed. And the refund will be provided. They told that refund will take 21 working days. It took less days.
