[Resolved] Ebiz — pubg uc purchase failed | |
I bought uc cash via in-app purchased in pubg mobile on 30 June at around 10:58 am via internet banking. The amount was 420₹ The money was deducted from my bank account but the uc was not added to my account. The statement shows that the money went to times of money. I want a cashback to my account. I'm also including a screenshot of the them taking money from my account. Was this information helpful? | |

I have purchased uc for 799 rupees and amount got deducted and uc never credited i have called my bank and they have provided me my pnr transaction number. Please loom into this or contact me.
