Ebiz.com — delay in refunding money process money not received yet

Good morning sir; i'm anita mall, i had sent a refunding request in ebiz on 28th december 2018 just 7 days after my login date which is 21st december 2018.in my login id its written login failed i've even received the ticket number its[protected]. Now its 3rd of july which is almost over 150 days and i haven't got my money back till date as per their policy a person gets his refunding amount in between 90 to 120 days if he/she cancels his/her id within 1 month from the date of joining which i had done months before. Sir my tid number is[protected] and my did number is 61700318. Please please help me sir it's a humble request from my side i want my money back anyhow sir..
