Ebizel.com — no response to the cancelled ebiz package

Respected Sir/Mam,
I have registered for the Ebiz Elite package and due to some reasons cancelled the package and have posted a query dated on the 17th of January, 2019.I have received my query ticket number thereby.I was informed to wait for a duration of 90 to 120 days.I waited even more and there is no response on their side.When I try to contact the Ebiz office or the customer care I am not able to contact any of those.And also not able to post any query through mail.Please do the needful at the earliest possible.
