Ebooks Data Entry — fraud site (cheated in the name of work from home)

The site boasts saying they offer work from home and asks to pay initial registration fee of ₹299.
After paying the amount the next instruction was to send the payment successful message to the mail
Raman. [protected]@gmail.com.
My account has not been activated even after my repeated attempts to contact them there was no response.
On further searching i found this site where there are many more complaints on about the company, yet the site is still allowed to run and play with honest people trying to earn through working.
I request you to help me get my money back and take strict action against such fraudulent sites.
