Though I know no action will be taken from there side but still to inform people to what extent this courier service can go.

A delivery boy from ph no [protected] called me at 7.30 pm on22.10.16 to deliver my ordered data cable. He was very rude and his attitude was as if I am buying it from them.I think they forget that they are just delivering it neither its their money nor its their product .that arrogant boy came to my doorstep.when asked about his zonal office number to report this he went on saying " do whatever u can I will not give u your item" .He literally stole that item in front of me.he took away my product and I could not help but watch.I informed them through mail about the harrasment and incident.I have my phone call recording and several eyewitness.it is a case of theft and woman teasing.Then I lodged a complaint to the online shopping centre against the courier service that they r using and thinking about escalating it to consumer affairs.these things must be stopped and let us all stand against it so that more can be saved from this harrasment.

after writing a letter to the company their zonal office called me and asked me about the incident.I told her everything and after that she asked me "did you not deny the delivery?" I was stunned ? I was standing on the road with the money in my hand..why would I deny it? then the lady over phone she questioned me why I have mentioned "theft'... well the data cable was ordered by me from flipkart. It was mine that is why the delivery man came to me to deliver it and I don't know why but he then refused to give it to me.and took it away with him.what should I call it?? taking away your thing is it just a "rude' or "arrogant" behaviour!! I got a letter confirming that ECOM Express will take necessary action which I appreciate highly. And I believe that they will ; so that no one else had to face this kind of problem. But the lady who called me from the zonal office repeatedly asked me about incidents that did not happen.She even told me that she does not understand whom to believe cause the delivery man is saying this and you are saying this. Then I said I have proof someone else was there with me who saw the incident. Atlast she said that they will come to my house to verify the phone call. Well from here I think ECOM EXPRESS head office is quite helpful which is also expected from the zonal office. In the whole case till now both FLIPKART and ECOM EXPRESS customer care from HO are quite helpful.
