Ecom Express — amazon delivery via ecom deleted. customer care says tomorrow everytime I call | |
I have ordered Mia earrings from Amazon and it was shipped with Ecom express with Tracking ID[protected]. Amazon order id Order #[protected]. On 13th September 2019 I received a message at 4.15pm that the shipment is out for delivery. At 5.15 pm I got a message saying "Shipment was undelivered as you are not available." But actually I no one came to my address at that time, also I did not receive any phone call from any delivery executive. I waited on 14th till around 5 pm. 4.47pm I called customer care for updates. They said it would be delivered before 8PM on same day. As I did not receive any update I called customer care again at 7.50 pm. They said delivery would be attempted next day. On 16th sept, 2019 I called customer care at 10.34 am, when they said delivery is scheduled for 17th September. I believed them and waited for 17th sept. 17th sept 10.30 am I called customer care again for update, they said they don't have an update l, I asked to be connected to a senior member and he assured me that I will get the delivery by 6pm on that day. As I again didnot receive any update I called customer care at 5.32 pm when the person who answered said they were facing some issue and asked me to call after 20-30 minutes. I again called at 5.39pm as I was not believing the customer care executive. Again I was told to call back after 10 minutes. I called at 5.58 pm again to check the status when I was assured by customer care executive that I would receive a call back from their senior by 8pm. I did not receive any call. At 9.11 pm I called customer care again and asked to transfer to any senior associate when I was put on hold for close to 15 minutes. I cut the call and called again at 9.32 pm when I asked again to transfer to senior executive when I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. On 18 September I called at 9.22 am when customer care said they will try today. I asked for confirmation message and also to transfer to senior person when I was put on hold for 5-7 minutes after which I cut the call as I could no longer take the harrasment.
