Ecom Express — amazon order tracking id#[protected] | |||
Amazon order tracking id#[protected] was undelivered by ecom express courier. It was supposed to have been delivered between 4th & 7th oct, 2019. Today is 16th oct, 2019. What is more surprising is that ecom express courier has lied stating that attempt was made and customer was unavailable two times (2:29pm & 8:44pm) on the same day 4th oct, 2019. Another very important negative aspect/process of ecom express courier is that they don't share their courier delivery person's phone number when the order is out for delivery. This needs to be seriously taken by all stakeholders here - Amazon, ECom Express, The Seller and The Customer. All are negatively affected by this. Something needs to be done to improve the process. Such couriers/delays needs to be penalized.
