AWB : [protected] Its an online order from amazon Without even trying your people (Ecom express) in vatakara are just marking it as delivery attempted and executive failed to contact the consignee and in actual i didn't receive any calls /miss call alert from Ecom express executive number. Shut down your Ecom office in Vatakara or at least replace the staffs in concerned office to serve the customers well. Still waiting for the Ecom executive to call me.
