Ecom Express — Annoying delivery person

Hello my name is sachin, i live in osmanabad, 413501. i had purchased a trouser from jabong, and due to some reason i requested to return it, theres the person named shaokat, this is the second time this person was annoying, he doesnt come to the house he tells me to come down on the road, gives the excuse that he has bag and all stuff so he can't come to house... He literally opens the parcel on the road, and checks there, which is totally privacy invading, it was a trouser, it is a personal thing, plus it could be anything more personal, anything bit is, muct be discreet totally, unlike exploring it on the roads. Should the ecom person call me on the road and check it such way.?? I did already many times request him to come upstairs to the house, but everytime kept giving excuses. this is the second time i had such annoying delivery person experience from ecom express. Annoying. Plz do not overlook this complaint.

I had purchased a pair of jeans from Jabong, order no.[protected], due to size issue i had requested an exchange. I get a call from the delivery boy of this courier service telling me to hand him the product at a place 1 km far from my house i.e the provided pick up address.When i ask him why isn't he coming to the given pickup address he says the guy supposed to do the pickup service is on leave for 3 days and he was doing this service on his behalf so he won't be able to come to the given address. I then ask him to collect the item when the guy joins office he tells me that won't be possible since that day falls on Sunday and their office is closed on Sundays and further warns me that pickup service is available for 3 days only and no item will he collected henceforth.I call the cc service at ecom express...they are unable to resolve my case. This is the worst service I've seen so far.

Ecom Express Sholinghur Branch not doing proper works. they are not vistited to my office and putting door closed. and delivering my products are not properly. they uses bad words
Sir i purchase a goods from shop clus for jamtara address my delivery address is 5-6 km far from ur jamtara office your staff says we cant provide u at ur adress i say your staff then give me at railway station jamtara they are ignoring me and argu as non sence and ireespossible
