I am santosh kumar bunkar i recived one powerbank and 1 sd card but sd card is not 128 gb this is 8 gb i want change this iteam and powerbank is not working

My courier at rajkot on 26th march now 29th march but i have not received ecom express helpline person tell me on 26 after 3 days you have received but no received then i call helpline today but answer will repeat after 3 days so what i do please help me...As soon as possible
