Ecom Express — cannot call back | |||
If i call your courier guy [protected] and [protected] automated msg keeps saying enter awb number followed by hash key. I entered everything correctly but automated msg keeps saying you have not entered anything. I tried this thousand times. Courier guy doesn't call second time, we cannot be in front of the phone 24/7. There is no way i can contact courier guy. Another complaint is, since 4 days i am waiting for delivery but no one calls and at end of day everyday i get msg that i postponed the delivery or i wasn't available. All this is lies. But i am in my home itself and i didn't get any call at all. Only today i got call. And now i cannot call that guy back. You have made it all a big mess.. Was this information helpful? | |||
