[Resolved] Ecom Express — clothes which I ordered from myntra | |
Few days back, i ordered one jeans and one top through myntra, and few days before i received a message that they were unable to deliver my order and another message was for that i was unavailable, your delivery boy didn't even called me once. While connecting call, the calls are not received. Yesterday ecom express asked the reason and i submitted that too and asked another date for it. Which was today 14th may 2019, but today i again received the message that i was unavailable, how i could be unavailable when they didn't contacted me neither called me. I regret to say but this is the worst delivery service i ever came across. I need my products as soon as possible. Try to increase your customers service. Totally fed up with this behaviour. I have ordered Car accessories in shopee365.com on 04th May. Order shipped through Ecom Express courier and the shipment reached Marimalai nagar Delivery center on 8th May. But still they did not attempt the delivery. If i call the customer care, there is no proper response. Actual Delivery date is 8th may.

Hey, i have ordered from shein and i got a call from the courior boy as i was not in town i shared him my husband number and told him to call him in that number but he didnt call him till 4:30 as i tried calling so many time in that given number but no one picked up my call as its imp for to receive that parcel by today so kindly help
