My shipment [protected] reached the delivery center on 27th July 2022.Since then I have called the customer care service 6 times and no proper answer or solution was give. It is 2 weeks and Ecom service doesn't have the courtesy to tell what the actual problem is. Everyday they are giving the same reply that your package will be delivered within 24 hours. It is sad that you can't even contact your delivery center. What kind of service are you running and why is there an customer service i[censored] can't even help your customer. I asked for the self pickup of the order and customer service was not able to give a proper address of the delivery center. Worst service ever.
