Ecom Express — Courier not delivered for me

Hi,
I had a package from Nokia ( repaired Nokia phone ) in the name of Brigit Sebastian ( my mother). I wasn't able to take the courier as I didn't receive any OTP on my mobile. The delivery man tried many time, yet no OTP received.

Please provide an alternate method like I'd card verification to deliver my package.

AWB no is [protected].

I'm writing this as no confirmation of my previous attempt to register the problem has been acknowledged through mail.
