[Resolved] Ecom Express — delay in delivery and unauthorized return of product return of deliverables
This is regarding my amazon order awb[protected] and clickoncare "pre-paid" shipment awb[protected]. Both were send to me by ecom express logistic by beginning of jan 19. However today till 26th it has not reached to me. And the sad thing is that ecom have returned the first one back to amazon with out consulting me or calling me. My delivery address was clear and i got other deliverables correctly by other courier agents. Ecom send back my amazon order back with a incorrect statement that i refused to accept that. This is the worst experience i got from any of the courier company. I called amazon and click on care and instructed to not send any of my deliverables via ecom but the already send one is gone.
