[Resolved] Ecom Express — delay in delivery of shipment | |
Ecom express waybill no.[protected]. The shipment reached bhiwandi delivery center on 3rd september 2017 but is not delivered till 7th september 2017, afternoon, the time i am writing this complaint. The shipment is very urgent and the ecom express customer care is not able to provide any solution till now. I have repeatedly called their customer care and also written email to "[protected]@ecomexpress.com' but they are not giving any kind of written assurance about the delivery of the shipment. I am RAJKUMAR from KAKINADA and I have placed an order on salesnshop with you having courier partner I want to cancel my product with tracking Id[protected] of value rs 1199 Because I am not present in my city So plz cancel it now..
