Ecom Express — delivery boy slapped parcel on my face and his abusive language | |||
Sir/mam I would like to inform you that i m very ashamed of being ur regular costumer, as few days ago i have returned the product and pickup was finally scheduled today. On around 5:00 pm i got a call from delivery boy to handover my returned prdt., i went outside and called him... He said wait, i waited for almost 20 mints and when he came i just said him why so late brother i haven been here since long tym... He slapped me with the parcel and his invective language has forced me to write you. Returnd i'd for the same is[protected]. How can you hire such a mannerless man who abused and slapped me in the middle of the road without collecting the pickup parcel. I hope stringent action will b taken against him.
