[Resolved] Ecom Express — delivery not attempt awb no[protected] | |||||
I had placed an order online through paytm mall and the order was despatched through ecomm express couriers. The above shipment was not even attempted once but the ekma dc has updated the website stating that attempts were made and the last attempt for delivery was refused by the customer. I am truly appalled at the level of service that is being provided by this courier, who lies to customers. It is disgusting to say the least. The call centre provided me with a contact number ([protected]) but no one is picking up the call. Would appreciate your kind intervention in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||||
