[Resolved] Ecom Express — Did not deliver consignment number [protected] | |||
Delivery Agent of Ecom Express Courier, Avinash Mahatre Mob number [protected] didn't deliver my parcel (Consignment number [protected]) on 23 Oct 21. Delivery Agent sent the parcel back to Wardha. In place of coming to my address Delivery Agent Avinash Mahatre went to Koradi and he told me on phone to collect the parcel from Koradi. I am still waiting for my parcel. When I told Delivery Agent Avinash Mahatre that I would complain against him if he doesn't deliver my parcel then he told that he didn't bother for any complaint against him. It was very shocking reply to me. I am waiting for my parcel having medicine for myself and my wife and Delivery Agent didn't bother whether we fall sick without medicine. I don't know how such heartless, careless and negligent Delivery Agent are not removed from job by Ecom Express Courier. Is Ecom Express not having any care for its esteemed Customers ?
