[Resolved] Ecom Express — failed delivery of product | |||
I had ordered a product from nyka on 2nd of may, which was supposed to be delivered by ecom express by 6 th may. But despite of receiving messages regarding delivery.. The product has not been delivered till now. Repeatedly i got messages that attempt to delivery failed as i rescheduled the delivery time, which was not done by me. On 8 th may i got a call from executive that delivery will be made by 9th. And today it's 11th still not got delivery.. No call no msg now from them, also i have already paid for the product online Was this information helpful? | |||
