Ecom Express — false rto lock | |
My shipment was picked up from mumbai - 400056 on 18 july 2020 and was to be delivered by 25th july 2020 to aurangabad, maharashtra. On 22nd july 2020- ecom express created a false ndr on my shipping aggregator portal - shiprocket and i requested for a reattempt on 23rd july 2020. There has been no attempt to deliver and on 28th july - 1 am at night the have put in an rto lock comment - which is false When trying to call their customer care - it comes that the service isnt available due to covid-19 The awb no is - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
