Ecom Express — goods are not delivered even after follow up with your service executive

Good are not delivered from sunday 18th august2019. Even after speaking to service executive i am not getting any confirmation on the delivery of the goods. Request you please deliver the good on top priority.
Even after the several follow ups i am getting response from your executive that the good will be deliver with in 48 hours. But no result. Even i am residing very close location where you have your collection centre in kamote, navi mumbai and we do not have any rain in this area for past 5 days your executive explaining delay is due to heavy rain. This is not acceptable. Your immediate response is highly appreciated.

Updated by prasad gaikwad1 The Consignment is still not delivered and not receiving the any confirmation from customer service or the delivery agent about the delivery.

Updated by prasad gaikwad1 This is ridiculous I am staying in heart of the Kharghar city, in Navi Mumbai and the address provided is easily traceable. But when I insisted to deliver the consignment today I got the reply that the address is not traceable.
really "unprofessional " way of handling the customer requests.
