Ecom Express — goods are not delivered even after follow up with your service executive | |||
Good are not delivered from sunday 18th august2019. Even after speaking to service executive i am not getting any confirmation on the delivery of the goods. Request you please deliver the good on top priority. Even after the several follow ups i am getting response from your executive that the good will be deliver with in 48 hours. But no result. Even i am residing very close location where you have your collection centre in kamote, navi mumbai and we do not have any rain in this area for past 5 days your executive explaining delay is due to heavy rain.
