Ecom Express — I did not receive the products for which I had paid. | |||
I had ordered some products worth rupees 1120 from online store namely makeup store on 30 jan 2021 which was prepaid.Till now that is 10 march 2021 i have not received the parcel.The store send me a tracking number [protected] which was through ecom courier service.Customer care is saying they have returned my parcel back to store and the store is disagreeing on this point.Please help me in getting my money back.
