Ecom Express — i refuse to accept the item but ecom express not return to the company and keep it with them | |||
On 6th march 2020 ecom express employee come to delivered gonoise company's shots neo earbuds but i refuse to accept the same. Now ecom express is not returning that product to the gonoise company. Till today on 14th march 2020, they keep that product with them and when i asked with customer care they are not giving any clear answer.
