I have ordered items from Flipkart and the company delivery partner Ecom Express Delivery person refused to deliver item to door step and I would not deliver your item to your door step .he said I can not deliver item at 3km distance as per company policy.Whatever you can do you do but once I talk company customer care person he said distance Limit is 6 to 18km.
