Ecom Express — I'm complaining about the delivery, I didn't receive my product. But the website I ordered from is showing that it is delivered. | |||
I got mail that my order would be delivered between 7 am to 9 am. But at 10 O'clock i recieved phone from the delivery boy, while i was very busy riding bike to my college. He was asking again and again about the adress, I told him. But he was unable to understand, whats wrong with him, on the courier it contains the full adress na. Then i had exam so i couldn't access my mobile. Afternoon i received a message telling that my order was delivered. I enquired about it to my parents and brother who were all day long in the home and they said that they had not received any order... What is this man. Its so unfair. I didn't receive my order. But it showing that it is delivered. I know its completely delivery mistake. You have to make sure that the product was received by it's buyer or their family members. You can atleast give the contact information about the delivery boy. Once ask who he delivered to?? In your website i only got his name which is Bestha Ashok Kumar. Please Solve this issue, ask him once about the delivery whether he delivered to wrong address or did he even deliver it or not.. its so unfair, give the value for your costumers...
