Ecom Express — Issue with delivering | |
Hi, I am Arun Upadhya from Bangalore and I have an order in "Ecom Express", today morning the status shows that my order is out for delivery. And I got the call from the delivery guy at 1:35 PM and no one is talking, I was trying to talk but no luck, the call got disconnected. After 5min the status got changed to "Shipment un-delivered 231 Shipment attempted Customer not available". There is no attempt of calling me back again. And tomorrow also I am not sure whether they will do the same. I am requesting you to kindly inform them that call me and deliver the item. And this is not the first time. before this also they have done the same thing and they have returned the item to the seller. I am waiting for this order for 4 to 5 days and I already paid for this.
