[Resolved] Ecom Express — local servicemen not picking up return parcel | |||
The local authority in rajula (365560) is not picking up my return parcel (Jabong) even after repeated complaints of failures on behalf of logistics. The concerned pickup person has not called me regarding parcel pickup. The logistics shows a message of failed attempt of parcel pickup even though there was no such attempt was made in reality. There has been no phone calls on my number, nor is the customer care helping me in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
