[Resolved] Ecom Express — Long delay in product delivery. | |||
I placed an order on amazon on 07/05/2020 (Order was done through emi). Parcel was sent through ecom express and the expected delivery date was 21/05/2020. They could have delivered earlier as the parcel arrived in guwahati on 18/05/2020 according to tracking details. Now the movement of the parcel has been stopped at koliabor-hub, since last three days, though in my place they have delivery center. Till now ecom has not provided any information regarding the delivery. They are not providing any customer care contact due to lockdown as they have mentioned in their official website end even they are not responding in the e-mail.
